Economics, Sociology, Organization, Monitoring and Evaluation                   

Entrusted by public and private sectors as well as state enterprises, design and EIA require knowledge about economics, sociology and organization management. Throughout 20 years of operation, the company has integrated its knowledge and expertise to meet client satisfaction and secure environmental benefits. It has also performed project follow-up and evaluation as seen in the Doi Tung Development Project ( 1995) and the Mae Fah Luang Development Project for National Security Phase I and II ( 1996).

Consequently, ASDECON's consulting service in project follow-up and evaluation has been recognized nationwide. The company has recently worked with the OPMAC Corporation of Japan in evaluating JICA's Official Development Assistance Loan Program through which the Department of Highways managed to increase traffic lanes on roads across the country from two to four. The study, known as Ex-Post Evaluation on JICA-Financed Project in Thailand , was accomplished in August 2009.
