City Planning and Public Utilities Development

A good land development programme should encourage attractive, orderly and sanitary features and make the most out of the property's potential while still conforming to related regulations and generating minimal impacts on the environment. To meet these requirements, land utilization planning and appropriate public utility development are essential.

Apart from land utilization planning and public utility development, ASDECON has provided services for many projects related to real estate development, whether for tourism, residential, industrial or commercial purposes. Among these projects were the Tai Mueang Beach Resort (1993), Chalung Industrial Estate (1997), the Infrastructural Master Plan and Prefeasibility Study for the Lat Krabang Area of the Study on Implementation of the BMA Subcenters Program in the Kingdom of Thailand (Case of Lat Krabang) (2000), special planning for the Bangkok Southern Transport Center (2006), and master plan development for state property land use planning, to name but a few.
